Payment Processing

When you place an order, your selected payment provider may verify and authorise your payment before the order is confirmed.

Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised.

We do not store your complete credit or debit card number or security code on our own systems. Payment information is processed through our payment providers and checkout platform using their applicable security procedures.

Failed Payments

If a payment is declined, fails, expires or cannot be authorised:

  • Your order may not be confirmed.
  • We may contact you if further information is required.
  • You may be asked to use another payment method.
  • Products are not considered purchased until payment has been successfully authorised.

If an amount appears to have been charged to your account even though your order was unsuccessful, please first check with your payment provider. If the amount remains charged, contact us with your order details so we can investigate.

Disputed or Unauthorised Payments

If you believe a payment was made without your authorisation, or you believe there is an error with a transaction, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request information reasonably necessary to investigate the transaction, such as your order number, transaction date and billing information.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider, we may provide relevant transaction, order and delivery information to that provider to assist with resolving the dispute.

We will cooperate with legitimate payment disputes and investigate claims of unauthorised transactions.
