Bought Indepal Leather online? Our Touch and Feel Guarantee

Leather is something you judge with your hands, and you can't touch, feel or smell it through a screen. So when you buy Indepal Leather from our website, you don't have to guess. Unwrap it and feel it. If it's not what you hoped for, send it back within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked.

Returns must be unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer.

The Touch and Feel Guarantee applies to online orders only. In store, you get to touch and feel it before you buy, so in-store purchases follow our exchange policy below.

Exchanges: in-store purchases and everything else

Wrong size or colour? We're happy to exchange it for a different size, colour or style within 14 days of purchase, as long as it's unworn, tags attached and in as-new condition. This covers all in-store purchases, plus clothing, hats, grooming and gifts bought online.

We don't offer refunds for change of mind on these items. If your replacement costs less than the original, we'll give you the difference as store credit (a gift voucher). Customers cover postage for exchanges.

Faulty or not as described?

Our goods come with guarantees that can't be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If something is faulty, we'll repair, replace or refund it. Indepal Leather bags, belts and wallets also carry our 5-year warranty.
