Shipping Policy

Free shipping on orders over $150
Australia and international. Under $150, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Australian delivery (Australia Post)
- Standard: $10, or free on orders over $150. Dispatched within 3 business days.
- Express: $15, or $10 on orders over $150. Order before 12pm (NSW time) on a business day and we'll send it the same day. Orders after 12pm go out the next business day.

Once your order is on its way, we'll email you an Australia Post tracking number. Delivery times depend on where you are. Australia Post's delivery time calculator gives a good estimate.

International delivery
We ship to New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and Singapore.
- New Zealand: $10, or free on orders over $150
- All other countries: $15, or free on orders over $150
International orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Any import duties, taxes or customs charges are paid by the customer.

Business days
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived or turns up damaged, contact us and we'll sort it out with Australia Post.
